Where It Started
Tori is a Registered Nurse with over 11.5 years across clinical settings: critical care, urgent care, management and leadership, occupational health and safety, and functional medicine health and wellness. That experience still shapes how she approaches everything else — health education, patient experience, and what wellness actually looks like for the person in front of her.
The Functional Medicine Turn
Over time, her professional interests widened into whole-person health: foundational wellness, functional medicine education, and health coaching. She became a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach to work with people on the everyday side of health — habits, patterns, and the questions worth bringing to their own medical providers.
It’s an addition to conventional care, not a replacement for it. Coaching is education and support; diagnosis and treatment stay with a client’s medical team.

Building Something
Over time, Tori’s work expanded beyond individual health. Working inside healthcare and wellness businesses made her increasingly interested in what happens behind the scenes — patient experience, clinical workflow, communication, service design, and the systems that either make good care easier or get in its way.
That perspective now informs her independent consulting work with wellness businesses and the development of The Pathway Method™.
The Creative Side
Creativity has always had a place alongside Tori’s clinical work. Modeling, beauty, lifestyle and content give her a different way to communicate — one that feels just as natural as the health and business side.
Today, she’s developing that work more intentionally through commercial and lifestyle modeling, wellness and beauty content, on-camera opportunities and select brand collaborations.
It’s not a separate persona. It’s another part of the same one.
Real Life
Outside of all of it, Tori is a wife and a mom. That context isn’t incidental — it’s central. The work she does in health coaching, in consulting, in building The Pathway Method™, is informed by what it actually takes to live well when life is full.
She’s not selling a version of wellness that requires a cleared schedule and a private chef. She’s building something that works in the middle of everything else. Because that’s where most people actually live.
